McCulloch Property

Four people walking through a green field with a forest backdrop under a blue sky. One person is pointing at something.

The McCulloch property is 52 acres of conserved land owned by the Vermont Land Trust in West Brattleboro, Vermont. This land is abundant with white tailed deer, various bird species, and more across a range of habitats. Abutting the Whetstone River, you will find a beautiful section of stream meandering through the woods, along with an array of native and invasive plants. The Southeast Vermont CISMA along with the Vermont Land Trust have many plans in store over the next few years. We see this property as having the potential to offer easily accessible recreational opportunities as well as providing important wildlife habitat in a highly populated urban location. Stay tuned for more information via the Events page, as we plan new projects to further conserve and manage this property.
